The Duchy of Idlerein (Tipsprek: Hartokdom fan Idleren) is a federated state of Tiperyn. Idlerein is Tiperyn's second populous state or territory with a population of 33.3 million as of 2021.

Historically, Idlerein has been the second most powerful and independent state after Tipslan. Although unlike Tipslan, whose head of state is also the Empress of Tiperyn, Idlereiner policy has at times diverged from the national government. Tiperyn as a whole grew out of an alliance between Tipslan and Idlerein to its west during the 14th century, which also came to include Hawkreath and its protectorates with the foundation of the Tiperyn Realm in 1345.
