The Grand Duchy of Tipslan (Tipsprek: Gruthartokdom fan Tipslan) is a federated state of Tiperyn and the home state of the Empress of Tiperyn. The national Empress also serves as the polity's Grand Duchess who serves for life and is chosen via enatic primogeniture. Tipslan is Tiperyn's most populous state or territory with a population of 45.4 million as of 2021. The state is home to some of Tiperyn's largest cities, including the national capital of Ambrosia, Oervakt, and St-Danijelaparokie. Tipslan is further administratively into principalities, independent burroughs and independent cities.

Tiperyn as a whole grew out of an alliance between Tipslan and Idlerein to its west during the 14th century, which also came to include Hawkreath and its protectorates with the foundation of the Tiperyn Realm in 1345.
