Yên Bái (Heibanese: 安拜, Yên Bái), officially the City of Yên Bái, also globally referred to simply as Yenbai, is the second-largest city and former capital of Heiban, located in the homonymous province of Yên Bái. The city has a population of 6 million people as of 2020, and hosts the largest community of Guoyu-speaking citizens in the country. Yenbai has a tropical savanna climate (Aw), and is most famous internationally as the signing location for the Yenbai Convention, named after the city.
